Common area maintenance(cam) revenue is generated to provide repairs and maintenance of the common areas and facilities to maintain the integrity of the buildings in Sterling, il.
Properties owned by the organization are disposed of or sold incurring either gains or losses. The board of directors determines when such a sale or disposal benefit the development of downtown sterling,il. Funds from these sales and disposals are used to purchase other properties to promote the development of downtown Sterling, il.
