Utilizing design thinking methodologies, s2marts helps the government better understand what their problem is and then refines their problem statement in a manner that can be understood outside government circles. S2marts then engages Strategic partners and networks to identify potential Technology solutions. Once a match is made, the organization continues to manage the project through development, testing and fielding.
