Strategic Investment Fund for La Raza (SIFLR) is a nonprofit organization established to support the charitable and educational activities of National Council of La Raza (NCLR), to engage in any and all activities necessary or appropriate to raise funds for the purposes of the organization, including the solicitation of contributions from public and private sources wherever located, and to do any and all lawful acts that may be necessary, useful, suitable, or proper to further the purposes of the organization.
