Community Prevention/Substance Use: SPP facilitates evidence-based strategies to prevent underage drinking, marijuana and other drug use. SPP works with schools, law enforcement, youth and families to address the underlying issues that may lead to substance use and other risk behaviors.

Mental Health: SPP provides community-based strategies to improve access to mental health care, reduce stigma, and promote positive mental health. SPP engages partners in the mental health and recovery fields to ensure that connections are made with community members.
