To accomplish its mission, the organization, in partnership with non-profit organizations domestically and throughout the world, engages motivated lower-income high school students in international and domestic thematic projects led by sdc trained staff, visiting professors, community leaders and artists. These projects explore themes such as anthropology, art history,community development, culinary arts, dance, food science, music, and urban studies.
