Program administered to reduce premature death and disability in at-risk populations by providing clinically accurate and individually differentiated prevention, intervention and post intervention services through volunteer and professional staff, in collaborative efforts with community and families, using outreach model in Kane County, IL.Suicide Prevention Services of America is one of the few agencies in the country offering all we do: a 24-hour phone hotline, counseling, depression screening, workshops, prevention training, support groups, and annual awareness events.
School outreach programs. Sps has contracts with several kane and kendall county schools for outreach to children as well as being available in crisis control and intervention.
