Watch Me Thrive - Our signature youth development program is changing the way families prepare for the childs future. This innovative program provides teens and young adults the opportunity to develop their job readiness skills through engagement in volunteer and internship opportunities. While their child develops their own skills, families are supported in transition planning through our parent mentoring program. The result is families who are better prepared for life after school-based services. During 2022, 19 teens were supported in gaining work readiness skills and their families were guided in the process of creating an actionable transition plan for their child.
