Development of leadership training, teacher and student training of "pathway for life" materials.mentoring and relationship building - Summit Seekers continued mentoring relationships personally and virtually in the usa, canada, south africa, malaysia, thailand and europe, with missionaries, church and business leaders and "pathway for life" students. 260 hours of mentoring relationships to equip and develop personal and leadership skills.
Public speaking - opportunities to share "pathway for life", leadership and Summit seekers.writing - research and documentation of the "pathway for life" program in order to pass on to the next generation. 720 hours focused on a three-book series including: student workbook, facilitators guide, train-the-trainer manual. 530 hours focused on the writing a personal journey of faith to present to a developmental editor in 2024-2025 for future publication to encourage others in their faith journey. Personal development - 450 hours of reading, personal mentoring by others and on-line leadership courses to assist in the development the ministry of Summit Seekers.
Ministry development included connecting with university administrators, non-profit organizations and private consultants in the planning of future presentations of "pathway for life."
