Suncoast Hospice Foundation seeks to foster relationship building of community investments in order to support unfunded services, fund start-up services and to provide resources to empath health, inc.'s and its members' programs in pinellas county. Empath health, Inc. is a nonprofit, integrated network of care encompassing Hospice, skilled home health care, assistance for independent living and daycare for seniors, community-based palliative care, services for those infected or affected by hiv, advance care planning and grief services.programs receiving support through Suncoast Hospice Foundation include programs in pinellas county of Suncoast Hospice, Suncoast pace, empath partners in care (epic), empath home health care, Inc., empath community health and other programs and services of empath health, Inc. Suncoast Hospice Foundation fills The gap between reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses associated with chronic or advanced illness and grief. The Foundation assists those who are not insured; those who need more than insurance covers; those who cannot afford to pay; those who have family members affected by a patient's health condition; and those who need assistance with needs outside or in addition to their direct medical diagnosis. The foundationseeks to provide care, compassion, comfort, and inspiration to everyone directly and indirectly affected by family members' medical needs regardless of diagnosis, race, faith, age, or financial circumstances.
