The corporation is irrevocably dedicated to, and operated exclusively for, nonprofit purposes and charitable, civic, religious and/or educational activities, and no part of the income or assets of the corporation shall he distributed to nor inure to the benolin of apy individual.
. The corporation may borrow money and issue evidence of indebtedness in furtherance of any or all of the objects of its business, and to secure the same by mortgage, pledge or other lien on the corporation's property.
The corporation may buy, own, sell, exchange, convey, assign, mortgage or lease any interest in real estate and personal property and to construct, maintain and operate improvements.
The corporation may do and perform all acts reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes of the corporation. The corporation may enter into any kind of activity to perform and carry out contracts of any kind necessary to, in connection with or incidental to the accomplishment of the purposes of the corporation. The corporation may provide financial and other support to new Sunlight baptist church of Louisiana, a Louisiana non-profit corporation (the "church"), including, withour limitation, the donation of money and/or other property to the church.
