We are a 282-unit independent living complex for people 62 and older and disabled people. We strive to provide quality, independent living, reasonably priced apartments, with life-enriching services for seniors. Our programming empowers our residents to live independently, enjoy community, and celebrate life. We do that through on-site services, transportation services, educational and social/entertainment programming, and events. Live independently:"i'm ok" checks approximately 100,000 checks per yearnutritional support/meals on wheels site 10,126 meals for 67 total participants each day monday-friday, excluding holidayson-site education - 24 sessions with 546 participantshome maintenance/total # work orders - 2,194 sessionsblood pressure & balance checks - 3 sessions with 36 participantsflu shot clinic - 1 session with 50 participantsfoot care clinics - 10 sessions with 75 participantsmassage therapy - 18 sessions with 149 participantsbeauty shop - 156 sessions with 1,200 participantsodds n' ends (donation exchange) - 6 sessions with 240 participantsto-the-door delivery of online grocery orders 5-7 participants with 250-364 deliveriesenjoy community:our community-building initiatives are about getting people out and about but also intended to foster a sense of belonging. Each of our 13 neighborhoods has a volunteer ambassador who coordinates quarterly listening sessions, welcome-to-the-neighborhood visits, and social events. These initiatives help create a vibrant and inclusive community.transportation & outings - 1,367 participantscoordinated social activities - 92 sessions with 4,056 participantscelebrate life:coordinated spiritual activities - 232 sessions with 3,027 participantsbookmobile/visiting library - 12 sessions with 120 participantscompassion in action (donations) - 4 sessions with 80 participants
