Program areas at Sunrise Family Resource Center
Children's integrated services:in partnership with other community partners this program provides early intervention services, mental health and nursing services, specialized childcare supports and Family support worker services to preganant woman and families with children 6 and under. The program coordinator and the cis team work within the community at large to coordinate specialized supports and remediations for children who qualify.
Early care and education program:this program provides high quality care to 22 infants and children. This program is nayec accredited and afforded 5 stars from the state of Vermont.
Family Services Program:Includes case management for families with children who have been or are about to removed from the home and placed in State Custody. This is an intensive support program with the goal of family unification.
