Average installed cost for the residential systems before subsidies was $2.65/watt, versus the local average installed cost for systems of the same type of approximately $3.05/watt. 1 reduced-cost nonresidential retrofit grid-tied solar photovoltaic system installed for nonprofit organization, for a total of 21.7 kilowatts of nonresidential generating capacity.
