Program areas at Super Shot
Super Shot plays a critical role in Allen Countys public health infrastructure by providing vaccines to children and adults regardless of insurance status. Super Shot accepts public and commercial insurance and if individuals are uninsured, we ask for a $15/vaccine administration fee, but turn no one away if unable to pay the administration fee. Super Shot offers weekend and evening hours at clinics located on public bus routes and offers translation services in over 120+ languages. In 2023, Super Shot administered 27,718 doses of vaccine to 12,348 community members. 9,813 (85%) of patients were children and 2,535 (15%) were adults. The primary race/ethnicity of the families we served was 47% White, 16% Hispanic, 15% Black/African American, 13% Asian, and 9% of patients declined to answer. 93% of ourpatients were from Allen County with 64% from medically underserved zip codes.
