Operation Reinvent's career transition & empowerment workshops are provided to women service members who are within 6 months of separation from the military. The workshops are presented in two segments. The first segment, "professional skill building & personal empowerment," offers expert guidance on creating an effective resume, interview skills, knowing your value in the workplace, networking skills, verbal and non-verbal communication and setting career goals. The second segment, "professional image makeover," provides each participant with a personalized haircut and styling, expert-applied makeup, a toolkit of beauty products and a business image wardrobe consultation.
