Program areas at Seec

Supported living: provides approximately 40 individuals with the support they need to live in the community in homes of their own. As well, supports are provided to approximately 20 people living in their family homes to gain or maintain skills to best manage their home and community connections.
Transition services: provides supports to transition from school to work and/or family home to own home. In project search a yearly minimum of 25 young adults intern at local host businesses to gain work experience that lead to jobs and long term job coaching supports. Currently 145 hired workers post internship receive long term coaching. For the moving out program approximately 10 people/year create a pathway to move into their own home.
Community engagement: provides supports to people in community-based settings that help to develop and maintain experiences and skills that support and enhance each person's independence in participation and membership in the same community events and activities as those that do not have developmental disabilities. Supports are provided weekdays to approximately 75 adults.
Employment services: provides a variety of job development and job coaching supports to approximately 100 people who work at least 15 hours a week at prevailing wage and benefits in a variety of industries, businesses and positions based on the person's skills and interests.
