Program areas at Tabitha's Way
During 2023, Tabithas Way Pantry Services Program was able to help feed individuals and families that were disadvantaged and/or experiencing hardships/hunger. Individuals and familes served during the year includes 40,812 total households, 3,819 new households, 154,719 individuals, 67,073 children and 6,615 seniors. A total of 6,333 volunteers donated 22,9170 hours of volunteer time.
During 2023, Tabithas Way Grocery Rescue was able to secure essential food items for its Pantry Services Program using grants, collection drops, food drives, and working with local grocery retail stores. Total essential food items collected includes Total grocery pounds collected of 1,682,622, total UTFB pounds collected of 596,216, total CAS pounds collected of 31,176 and total purchased grant/gift card pounds of 466,752. Gathered 1,098,511 pounds in Food Drive, and gathered 106,241 pounds in non-food goods Hygiene, Diapers etc.
