Program areas at Taconic Innovations
Community Habilitation program helps individuals learn, keep the skills needed to live safely and independently, make and keep friends, take part in community events and be part of your community. The Community Habilitation program is for individuals who do not live in an OPWDD certified or operated home. During the year 2023, 290,718 units of service were provided.
Home Care - Taconic provides support services that allows individuals to live safely in their homes.
Respite program provides temporary, short-term relief for families and care providers which enables them to arrange for their vacations, emergency coverage in the event of family or provider illness or death, or for a break from constant, intensive participant care and supervision. During the year 2023, 262,837 units of service were provided.
