Hud programs - continuum of care programs, emergency solutions grants, and community development block grants that promote the development of supportive housing and supportive services to assist individuals and families in the transition from homelessness and to enable them to live as independently as possible.
Hud's emergency solutions grant program (esg) expanded to provide covid funds through the state of Florida and Hillsborough county. The city of Tampa contracted with thhi to administer esg funds beginning october 1, 2020. Out of the $6,978,526 of esg funds in the year ended september 30, 2022, $xxxxxx were covid funds.
Youngstown apartments is a 36 unit multi-family rental development for unhoused aging military veterans with disabilities.
