Program areas at Tapestry Farms
Tapestry Farms invested in the lives of approximately 50 refugee families in the community in the areas of citizenship, education, housing, medical/mental health care, work, basic needs, and community.
Thrive - Tapestry Farms works to ensure refugee families have consistent access to the basic needs required to build a thriving life, and then makes sure families do not face financial barriers to take part in community activities, celebrations, and amenities.
Connect - refugees are eligible for many of the same community services that american citizens are eligible to access. Tapestry Farms removes barriers to services and supports, and then supports with direct funding to ensure access remains.
