Program areas at Tarrant Literacy Coalition
The adult education and Literacy call center provides information and referral services to adults seeking educational classes. In 2023, 2,298 adults were referred into adult education classes, 6,200 received resource information, and orientation sessions had 5,279 attendees.
The purpose of the Literacy and learning program is to provide high quality professional development opportunites and support. This is accomplished through training/mentoring, small workshops and large conferences. In 2023, 473 individuals attended these events.
