Program areas at Tciy Ministries
Six mental health therapists and three interns provided more than 4000 individual counseling sessions as well as 50 group sessions. The majority of these appointments were for assessments, group and individual therapy for men and women who have been incarcerated and recently released from prison and/or jail. Expenses included paying for the therapists services, conferences, office expenses, software, website and fax services.
TCIY partnered with Returning Home who manages multiple programs, providing services for men and women who have been released from prison and/or county jails. They are currently raising money to build a new facility, TCIY donated $45,000 towards the building of that facility. Community assistance - provided financial assistance to multiple individuals as well as partnering with local non-profits to help with their programs services. Individuals reached out to TCIY Ministries for financial assistance for doctor bills and medicaiont, rental assistance, utility assistance and vehicle repair, $7030 total. TCIY also provided items to help furnish their new living locations. A storage unit was rented to store items purchased for this assistance. One local non-profit that was supported, Diva & Dudes, helps with the homeless population, we donated $5000 to their organization. Hub of Hope helps those affected by human trafficking, we donated $1070 to this non-profit.
