In our instructional leadership programs, Teach Plus teacher leaders begin by exploring themselves as leaders, examining how their identity plays a role in their leadership and what it means to be an anti-racist advocate for equity, and understanding the leadership skills and knowledge they currently possess and in what areas they need to grow in order to better lead their colleagues.
