The organization has two primary programs: 1. Providing educational scholarships for young athletes with Type 1 diabetes, and having those athletes serve as spokespersons to further achieve the organization's goals. 2. Collaborating with governments by consulting with local, state, and national health ministries to ensure access to needed supplies (i.e.glucose monitoring devices, test strips, etc. ), diabetes medications (both insulin and non-insulin) to all individuals with diabetes and education for health care professionals.
To raise funds to provide grants to other 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations that focus on finding a cure and educate/raise awareness for Type 1, juvenile diabetes.
