Gayacc brought together more than 400 attendees from over 20 countries for a four day medical and scientific conference. This event is the world's most significant gathering of medical professionals and advocates in adolescent and young adult (aya) Cancer care. This congress offered clinical, allied health and social care professionals, along with aya focused patient advocates a space to learn from leading international experts, share research and care practices, and connect to a worldwide network that is focused on improving Cancer care and outcomes for this unique population of young people.the monthly drip had 11 new presentations and the program advisory group meetings had 10 meetings. These calls are attended live by 20-50 healthcare professionals and associated non-pronit professionals. They are recorded and sent out to a database of over 1200 more. Our program advisory forum has over 269 unique members that ask and answer questions, share resources, and help create a cooperative healthcare network.we continued our consultation process with those already engaged in our strategy work and new hospitals. We also provided regular check-ins, feedback, and support for existing partners. We currently have 62 hospital partners over 40 programs. 23 of our hospitals have specialized facilities and we've funded 83 positions. The number of hospitals we've consulted with has increased to 141 this year.we opened up two different grants this year, one for new hospitals and one for our older partners. We had 7 new programs apply to our loi process and 9 existing partners apply for our secondary grant. Neither grant process closed until the 2023-24 fiscal year.
