Internet Cooperative Program (formerly Bandwidth Aggregation Program). Through our Internet Cooperative Program, we negotiate the network connection of 2+ nonprofit organizations in a specific region, reducing the cost of internet services by 30-70% for each organization. The more neighboring NGOs that join, the more effective the program is for everyone.
On-Demand IT Support Program. We know nonprofits have a limited technology budget and the cost of an in-house IT team can be out of reach. Our On-Demand IT Support can meet our clients' needs within their available resources by offering network service monitoring and system management when and where they need it. In addition, we provide consultations regarding NDAA Section 889 compliance to our NGO clients at no cost. In 2023, we donated 677 hours of IT Support and NDAA Section 889 consultations to our nonprofit and NGO clients.
Cisco Meraki Nonprofit Discount Program. We partnered with Cisco in 2016 to create a nonprofit discount program that provides savings of 50% or more on Cisco Meraki equipment, licenses, and renewals. Our Cisco Meraki Nonprofit Discount Program allows organizations to use a nonprofit discount to invest in the equipment they need to accomplish their mission at affordable prices. Our Cisco Meraki Discount savings impact for 2023 was $3.6 million.
School and Health Center Technology Program (formerly Give Free Wi-Fi Program). With the School and Health Center Technology Program, we offer cost-free Wi-Fi and Cisco Meraki equipment to facilitate the work that educators, health workers, and community leaders do best. By providing these community hubs with access to secure internet, they can take their efforts to new heights through the knowledge and connections found online.
Our ISP Monitor and Evaluation service is part of our continued investment into Nonprofits and NGOs to help determine the highest quality Internet providers based on real-time factual data globally, reducing Internet Request For Proposals costs by 90%.
Our Global Network Assessment Program (GNAP) helps nonprofits bridge the technology gap between their headquarters and country offices. GNAP develops inclusive collaboration and trust between decentralized country offices and headquarters (HQ) through intentional fact-finding to uncover and understand each office's unique challenges.
Our No-Cost Nonprofit IT Equipment Recycling helps organizations go green and make a difference in our environment. We earned our Environmental Sustainability certification through Cisco in 2022, so we can help our clients recycle end-of-use technology at no cost to them. This allows the equipment to be reused, remanufactured, or recycled.
