Tennessee Jail Chemical Addiction Program offers addiction recovery education, classes, and counseling to incarcerated individuals. It provides job and housing placement assistance upon release. TN JCAP receives 5,000 monthly funding for providing services to inmates. In 2022, the program had 48 graduates who gained employment upon release. Presently, 44 of the graduates remain sober and employed.

Our program service consists of providing evidence-based substance abuse treatment to incarcerated inmates in Tennessee. After the inmates are released we provide low cost housing, free transportation to jobs, and job placement assistance.
