The Termeer Foundation is a nonprofit organization working to vibrantly connect The world of healthcare innovators until every patient has a cure. In 2023, The Termeer Foundation team continued to build its values-based leadership model, delivering 75 hours of leadership programming, 16 training sessions (11 virtual and 5 in-person), 8 mentor-led panels and discussions, 10 in-person network building events, creating 200+ mentoring connections and 56 hours of coaching. The Foundation inducted 13 new fellows, including one transatlantic connections award honoree, for a total of 46 fellows, and awarded The second annual Termeer scholars grant. The Foundation continued support of The Termeer students program including The henri a. Termeer educator grant award, henri a. Termeer student scholarship award at Massachusetts biotechnology education Foundation, as well as support of life science cares, science club for girls and biomedical science career program at harvard medical school.
