New member orientation: provided a one day session on code of ethics, risk management, structure of the organization, and an overview of the various affiliated businesses for example, title insurance, lenders, and appraisers.
Sponsored various continuing education credit courses. Promoted education classes presented by other entities on topics such as Realtors code of ethics, brokerage management, property management the real estate commission mandatory courses. Provided eight 2,500 scholarships to graduating seniors - one in each of the market areas that tbor serves.
Offered general membership luncheon meetings with speakers on timely & relevant topics including updates to young professionals networking, and Wyoming real estate contract software.
