Tab convened dozens of working and focused groups, did a deep data analysis, created a supply chain competitiveness and reshoring report and published it on the tab website. Tab promoted this in in-person presentations with economic development, Business and chamber of Commerce leaders throughout Texas.
Under the eda grant, tab organized numerous working groups and undertook an extensive data analysis to produce a comprehensive report on supply chain competitiveness and reshoring. This report, published on tab's website, has been shared with economic development and Business leaders throughout Texas in a series of presentations, reinforcing Texas's position in competitive supply chain management.
The jpmorgan chase grant expanded tabccf's "second chance" hiring initiative, building a coalition of employers who support or wish to adopt second chance hiring practices. The Texas second chance employers coalitiona network of businesses committed to promoting second chance hiringengages and supports Texas employers, connecting them with service providers and state agencies to ensure successful program implementation. This effort directly enhances workforce availability, boosts economic growth, and strengthens the state's Business climate.
