The annual conference offers an opportunity for individuals associated with City Management to discuss issues that affect City manager members and issues related to municipal Management.
Tcma also provides support and resources to the national organization,icma, icma'a annual conference, and various programs and pilot projects through out Texas educating and supporting City manager style of governance.
Tcma held two workshops, william king cole workshop and City problem solving clinics. These workshops discuss City Management, current trends in municipal finance and personnel issues, and issues related to efficient City governance.
