Texas success center: will develop and implement a plan to align success initiatives, accelerate the learning and adoption of proven or evidence- based initiatives, and support the implementation by the field of state and federal policies affecting the student success agenda.
Board of trustee institute: the program builds training curricula and delivers professional development to Texas trustees.
Other programs: other programs are centered around a multi-year strategy anchored in one vision. Tccei will engage evidence-based messaging and multiple communications tactics and mediums to build meaningful understanding of, and statewide support for, Community colleges by multiple stakeholders.
