Texas Dance Educators Association

Tdea annual convention the biggest event of the year held in early january each year open to the entire Association membership. Convention promotes interaction among the drill team directors, promotes education in the Dance and drill team members, and awards minimal college scholarships to outstanding students as a means of furthering their education beyond the high school years. These students are recongnized by their directors for outstanding achievement in the Dance drill team field.
