Texas Leadership Summit serves to strengthen our communities by training individuals in biblical foundations that are crucial to four pillars of society: church, education, government, and business. The organization refers to these four pillars as the focus four. The organization believes that these four areas of our society have been undermined by the removal of biblical truths from their foundations. The status of Leadership within these four areas is one of chaos and confusion. The weakening of these four areas is related to growing social unrest, divided communities, weakened families and inferior education creating a society overflowing with hurting people creating greater hurt and destruction. The hope of the organization is to bring communities together with solid biblical Leadership that is reminiscent of our founding as a nation and as a state. The organization seeks to educate, train and encourage individuals to grow in their christian beliefs and become faith-based leaders impacting change in all areas of our communities especially in the areas described as the focus four. Encouraging christian believers to grow in their faith and to walk in their faith in Leadership roles that will impact their faith, family, friends and followers in whatever manner they are fit into one of the four focus areas. Believers will be trained to look beyond their church activities and incorporate biblical principles and foundations into all aspects of their lives and their Leadership. To accomplish these goals, the organization will establish in-person training events. Annually, beginning in october of 2022, the organization will host five in-person events to encourage individuals to grow in their faith by taking a deep dive into each of the four pillars and understanding the importance of faith and faith-based Leadership in each of the areas. The concepts taught in these events will assist men and women in growing in their christian faith and prepare them for ministry in a hurting and angry world, no matter what role each person serves in a community. Not only will individuals grow in their own faith, but they will be better equipped to minister and meet the needs of people in their businesses, their schools, and their churches. Participants will gain confidence in their own knowledge and understanding of the value of these principles and be encouraged to become active and responsible community members. By strengthening the four pillars within a community, the collective result will be to strengthen all areas of a community. Faith based leaders from all areas will participate in bringing this training to all persons interested in changing their communities.
