The Texas Maritime Museum Association preserves Maritime history through exhibits and educational programs. The Museum mails a quarterly newsletter "THE LOGLINE" to its members, and hosts a monthly "BROWN BAG LUNCHEON" featuring speakers from the maritime industry that is open to the public. Over 15,000 visitors tour the Museum annually, including many students on school tours who are admitted free or at a reduced fee.

The Museum mails a quarterly newletter "THE LOGLINE" to its members. Monthly, the museum hosts a "BROWN BAG LUNCHEON" featuring a speaker who is associated with the maritime industry. These luncheons are open to the public and are one of the many ways in which the Museum continues to educate the public about maritime history.
