Annual tradeshow with 500+ exhibitors showcasing products and services specific to the foodservice industry. Educational programming and training is also offered. Attendance was approximately 5,000.
Publishes a weekly newsletter to more than 30,000 Restaurant professionals, as well as monthly survey data on the performance of the industry specifically in Texas.
Certification, products and services: online and trainer provided sertification for food safety and for responsible alcohol service. Books, tools and research data is available for sale. Vendors endorsed by the Association provide low cost products & services to vendors.
