The 6 Foundation is an avenue that enables our therapists to both address occupational performance and diminish some of the effects of trauma.The 6 Foundation has created a culture that allows our populations to trust our professional experience. This allows us to utilize the occupational injury portal and incorporate mental health services into our treatment model. The need for these services has grown tremendously in Sonoma County with the large-scale fires, COVID 19, and ever increasing demands for veteran and emergency services.
