Program areas at The Advot Project

In 2023, our listen, act, change curriculum - provided 800 young people of promise who live in poverty and/ or have been incarcerated with workshops on healthy relationship/communication skills and opportunities to express themselves through theater and visual arts. The Advot Project provides programming at schools, after school sites, community centers , group homes, and juvenile detention facilities in los angeles county.our home shalom program provided workshops for 250 youth addressing consent, boundaries, communication and relationships using jewish ethics in The jewish community. The fanny possibility fund provided college scholarship support and mentoring to formerly incarcerated youth to support her pursuing higher education and college degree. The ripple effect blog, a weekly message about The possibility of change inclusion. And compassion reached over 3000 readers .this past year The Advot Project has grown and expanded to a team of 11.working with us are former students who completed our program. We are in 5 lock up facilities, 4 after school programs 2 community centers and 5 schools .
