General fund: provides information and general services to Association members and to San franciscans-at-large, including:- continuing education seminars and other events for members' benefit- alternative dispute resolution programs: mediation, arbitration, and early settlement services- diversity services: programs and events promoting diversity in The legal profession- publications: print and electronic publications available to members and other interested parties- member discounts on a range of goods and services- conference center and meeting room rentals
Conflict intervention service program:- provides mediation services for landlord/low income tenant and/or commercial lease disputes with The goal of keeping a vulnerable population housed and facilitating commercial space leasing in San Francisco
Lawyer referral and information service:- provides referral service to panels of lawyers from call-in or electronic inquiries from The public- manages superior court criminal defense lawyer assignments for indigent and dependency cases and related court billing programs- provides attorneys in support of San Francisco court system and public defender's office
Remaining programs include a program to increase diversity in The legal profession by supporting and encouraging inclusive policies, outreach to underserved areas for recruitment, and to host events celebrating diversity. Other programs are primarily support for The programs mentioned above.
