The Barn at Spring Brook Farm provides animal-assisted and nature-based experiences to children with disabilities as a means of promoting knowledge and enhancing confidence and self-esteem. All activities take place on and around a wheelchair accessible Barn on a 17.5 acre Farm in west chester, Pennsylvania. In 2022 The Barn engaged approximately 568 children through in-person and virtual programming. 61 students from area colleges and universities satisfied clinical requirements toward their degrees by assisting with program delivery. An additional 276 volunteers assisted by helping with programs, serving on our board and advisory board, taking care of our gardens, and more.
