Betty Flies

the Bettyflies Foundation successfully raised a matched amount of 100,000.00 to support a unique aviation program at the aspen high school called "every student Flies". This program offered every student in the school an opportunity for one hour of flight instruction with a certified flight instructor as well as a career afternoon at the airport during the 2019-2020 school year. the intent was that the program would use the thrill of flying to capture the imagination of the students and expose them to the possibilities of aviation-related careers. the aspen high school supports aviation curriculum as an applied science. This program aligns with the Bettyflies Foundation mission of promoting a broader interest in stem (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
