Program areas at The Bridgeway Group

The organization acts as an advisor and trainer for organizations and individuals on negotiation, conflict management, communication and leadership skills. We bring to organizations pragmatic methods, tools and skill sets developed at The harvard negotiation project, cmpartners llc, and in our twenty years of individual and collective practice. In developing our projects and programs, The Bridgeway Group places a heavy emphasis on consultation and needs assessment. While our tools and advice are grounded in theory, we do not impose a "cookie cutter" approach. Rather, we treat each project, conflict, or intervention opportunity as unique and design our programs and activities to meet The needs of that particular community or organization. A key principle that guides our work is that of capacity building. In most of our programs we partner with local, government and sometimes other international organizations to ensure that The value-add we bring to a program is transferred to our local partners.
