The Brunner Literacy Center

The Center had a very successful year. In 2023, tutors across all sites and partnerships volunteered over 6000 hours of instruction. Shiloh averaged 58 active students each month. The reibold location increased testing by 120% in 2023. There wwere 7 ged graduates and over 25 students that completed one or more sections of The exam. With over 2000 students served, The blc had its most successful year yet.the blc was intentional in its community outreach and tabled over 150 events in 2023. This was in partnership with over 200 organizations from various industries and special teams local tasks forces.the board of directors approved a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan that will allow us to strengthen our four core programs, ensuring they are accessible to even more individuals seeking Literacy support.
