The corporation has litigated and otherwise defended the civil Rights of the people of California, undertaken efforts to create and promulgate legal analysis, conducted research into the policies and practices of government agencies and actors as relates to firearms law and civil Rights, published its findings, educated the public on matters which affect their ability to exercise their civil Rights, and other charitable activities consistent with the organization's mission.
