2023 PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Gender Equity:Board Diversity Playbook:In collaboration with the Stanford VMware Womens Leadership Innovation Lab, California Partners Project released a research-backed playbook to run an effective search process to add new talent and perspectives to corporate boards.Equal Pay Pledge:In partnership with the Office of the First Partner and the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, California Partners Project engaged signatories of the California Equal Pay Pledge and welcomed them to an event on Equal Pay Day in Sacramento.Gender Equity Summit:The California Partners Project helped host the inaugural Gender Equity Summit in Sacramento.Child Well-Being:Report on Youth & Social Media:Partnering with academic scholars, California Partners Project released the report "Shared Experiences: How Social Media Affects the Well-Being and Empowerment of Girls and Young Women."Supporting Families in the Digital Age:California Partners Project launched the "Digital Wellness: Caregiver Tips for Healthy Social Media Habits" to help parents establish healthier habits with their children.Caregiver Focus Groups:California Partners Project hosted extensive focus groups with parents, caregivers, and experts across the state to inform future projects connecting child well-being, youth mental health, and the impact of media and technology.
