The association consists of 134 units and a community center located in Washington, dc. The association will provide housing to low and moderate income families earning less than 80%, but up to 115% of The district of columbia area median income. The association commenced operations in 1999.
The activities subsidy program allows members to engage in a variety of enrichment programs ranging from music, arts, educational classes, sports and fitness programs, as well as summer camp and afterschool activities for The children of our members. This program is available to all members in good standing, quarterly, on a first-come first-serve basis.in 2023, 25 different people participated in this program.
