The Center for Hospice Care (chc) is an independent, community-based, not-for-profit corporation that achieves its mission of "improving The quality of living" by providing comprehensive Hospice and home health Care services to eligible patients and their families, as well as grief counseling and community education to any interested parties within its nine-county service area. No person is ever turned away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay, and chc provided services to 1,379 patients during 2023.
