Children & family services - The Children's Home of Easton offers various programs and services in our continuum of care. This continuum of care ranges from emergency shelter services to campus residential (non rtf), to campus and community based group homes, to transitional and independent living - all these programs and services serve both males and females ranging in The age from 10 to 21 years old. We also provide general foster care - serving both males and females from infant to 21 years old and we work with families to facilitate and finalize adoptions.we also provide evidence-based services with our supervised visitation, visit coaching, and custody exchanges for youth and families. We provide these services for youth and families in The community. Our firmstone family services outpatient behavioral health clinic, in partnership with concern professional services, serves our vulnerable youth and families from within our program and also serves youth and families from The surrounding community. We provide individual, couple, and family behavioral health services for children, youth, and adults.
Other - including special aftercare, title i education reimbursement, swan adoption services and pa food & nutrition.
