College Assistance Program Miami-Dade County's mission is to assist Miami-Dade County public school students who have exhausted all avenues of financial aid. It aims to help economically disadvantaged high school graduates from diverse cultural backgrounds by providing scholarship grants for college tuition. The Program operates as a nonprofit organization in cooperation with Miami-Dade public schools and the Miami foundation, and offers last dollar scholarships to eligible students.
