The Colorado Mission of Mercy

The Colorado Mission of Mercy (comom) is a large-scale, portable dental clinic that is held annually in a Colorado community. Comom holds a two-day clinic transforming a facility into a 125-chair, clinic. On average, 1,200 patients are served. Patients initially undergo a health and dental evaluation, and are then provided with cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions. Comom dentists and dental lab techs also prepare ceramic crowns, dentures, and flippers. To facilitate sustained oral health, patients are given one-on-one instruction on how to care for their teeth and The importance of balanced nutrition and preventive care.
